All our products are naturally prepared and free from any artificial ingredients.

Our main goal is to provide the people of Bangladesh with the best quality, adulteration-free, and healthy natural food, which will help them lead a healthy lifestyle. We prepare products following traditional recipes and modern hygiene standards.
4. Are your products 100% pure and natural?
Yes, every one of our products is 100% pure, unadulterated, and sourced from natural origins. We do not use any artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or harmful chemicals.
5. Do you follow hygiene standards when preparing products?
Absolutely. The entire process of preparing our products is conducted under strict hygiene and cleanliness standards. We ensure that the quality of the products remains intact at every step.
6. What is the shelf life of your products and how should they be stored?
The production date, expiry date, and storage instructions are clearly mentioned on the bottle or packet of each product. Generally, most of our products have a natural shelf life of 6-12 months. Store them in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and air exposure.
7. How can I order products from Bonobithi Health Food?

8. Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes, we provide home delivery all over Bangladesh.
9. What are the delivery charges and how long does it take to receive products?
Delivery charges depend on your location and the quantity of the order. Generally, products are delivered within 2-3 working days within Dhaka City and 3-5 working days outside Dhaka. You will be informed of the delivery charge and estimated time during the order placement.
9. How can I make payments?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and payments through various mobile banking services (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
11. What should I do if I want to cancel or change an order?
If you wish to cancel or change an order after confirmation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before the order is dispatched for delivery.
12. What should I do if the product is damaged or defective?
If you find the product damaged or defective upon delivery, please immediately contact our customer service in front of the delivery person and take pictures if possible. We will review the matter and take necessary action.
